Insightly
This system is very simple to set up and use, and has a reasonable free plan for getting started. The paid plans are inexpensive for small businesses too, but it lacks some features that the others in this list deliver on.

Capsule
Capsule’s free plan is very generous, and the paid version is still very affordable. There is a free 30 day trial so you can give it a whirl. It has some amazing features, but doesn’t compromise on user experience.

Sugar CRM
If you want a completely customisable package with a tonne of features, then SugarCRM could be perfect for you. It can be complicated to use and it’s also very expensive. But the power is there if you need that.

Salesforce
This is probably the most well-known system out there, and again is one you can totally customise to suit you. The plans can get pricey, but this is slightly more complex to use and I feel is more suited to large companies than SMEs and entrepreneurs.

Zoho CRM
Zoho’s CRM is part of a larger suite of business tools so if you are looking for an all-in-one system, this might be worth a go. There is a free edition which might suit many businesses but the basic plans are pretty reasonable per user per month if you want to upgrade.

Agile CRM
If you’re looking to sell and market like a Fortune 500 company then this is a great tool for you. With marketing automation, telephony, helpdesk, web engagement,
social media integration, email campaigns and mobile marketing, this is a great all-in-one. There is a free plan and then the upgraded plans are still pretty reasonably priced.
